I'm Victor Alves — a System Architect, Senior Full Stack Developer and IT Consultant. My career has been spent at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution: optimizing global e-commerce platforms, scaling a software house from zero to fifty engineers, leading CTO mandates at AI startups, and bridging digital systems with physical hardware.
Today, through VS Tech Consulting, I operate as Tech Lead as a Service. I partner with companies that need senior technical leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire — mapping out processes, designing UI/UX, architecting cloud infrastructure, integrating AI, and shipping the entire stack.
